Ellipsis is coming to Edgewater and is now ready to break ground after gaining approval from Miami's Planning & Zoning Department. The 13-story project is designed by Kobi Karp and will feature 34 units. Ellipsis is under development by One World Properties. Units will range from 756 SF for a 1-bedroom unit to 1,368 SF or a 2-bedroom unit.
