The number comes to around $4,350 SF, which ranks the listing as one of the five most expensive listings in South Beach per square foot. According to list agent Rex Hamilton, the residence is “presented as a grand main apartment with balconies wrapping the east and south views plus a totally separate guest apartment, which is a one bedroom facing southeast.
