The recently updated beachfront hotel has seen changes to the lobby, amenities, restaurants and all 450 guest rooms. The renovation took place over multiple phases. For amenities, a new signature restaurant by Executive Chef Raul A. Del Pozo known has Lightkeepers will offer guests modern-coastal fare with local flavors and craft cocktails. Guest rooms will get updates from Wimberly Interiors and the hotel will even roll-out The Ritz-Carlton Suite, 2-bedroom suite style layouts with stunning ocean views. The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne also features 2 swimming pools, secluded white sand beach, luxurious spa, tennis center and complimentary yoga and cycling classes.
