A 111-room CIRC Hotel will open in early 2018 in Downtown Hollywood at 1780 Polk Street. The trendy, modern hotel was inspired by the areas growing art scene and is located across the street from The ArtsPark at Young Circle; which features a 10-acre park with amphitheater for concerts. The hotel will rise 12-stories and will feature a fitness center, 3,000 SF of meeting space and 3 eateries; Olivia, an Italian restaurant by Piero Filpi and Marcello Sindoni; Muse, a rooftop bar and lounge, and Presto Market & Coffee Bar. Pricing is expected to be set at under $200 per night.
