Miami Marlins superstar Giancarlo Stanton toured his newly-purchased penthouse at Aria on the Bay, a 53-story luxury condominium tower under development by Melo Group now racing towards completion in Downtown Miami’s Edgewater waterfront. Stanton was taken on a private tour of the penthouse by Carlos and Martin Melo of the Melo Group, as well as his interior design team as they planned the unit’s finishing touches in advance of its completion early next year. We reported in May that Stanton had purchased the preconstruction unit back in May. The unit spans 5-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom unit is one of only two tri-level penthouses at Aria on the Bay. The penthouse will encompass the building’s top three stories and feature a rooftop terrace complete with a private pool and outdoor summer kitchen. The purchase price was not disclosed, however the building’s last remaining tri-level penthouse, home to Stanton’s future next-door neighbor, is currently on the market for approximately $6 million. Completion of Aria on the Bay is expected in 2018.
