4555 Pine Tree Drive Sells for $22.575 Million

The Miami Beach spec home by developer Barry Brodsky of Brodson Construction, has sold for $22.575 million as per The Real Deal. The home was originally listed for $34 million by Eloy Carmentate and Mick Duchon of Douglas Elliman. Oren and Tal Alexander of The Alexander Team brought the buyer. The price reflects $1,672 SF, nearly $1,000 SF under the original ask of $2,518 SF. The home was built in 2015 and features 6 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms and 2 half baths over 16,000 SF. It was designed by South African architecture firm SAOTA with the interior design by Nils Sanderson, who was formally with Herzog & de Meuron. The home will come delivered with Artefacto furniture to the buyer.  It also has a resort style pool with waterslide, Raymond Jungles landscaping throughout, half-basketball court and waterfront access with a private dock.
