1010 Brickell, which was developed by Key International and 13th Floor Investments with Moss & Associates is the contractor of record, has received their TCO. The project was designed by Sieger Suarez and rises 50 stories and is 99% sold of its 352 condo units which range in size from 850 SF - 1,922 SF. Units feature 9' high ceilings, 11' deep balconies.
