Among the sales was a 2 bedroom, 1,800 SF unit to tennis star Eugenie Bouchard. Other units included the 3,278 SF Penthouse 1717 which sold for $6.975 million, the 1,907 SF Penthouse 1606 which sold for $4 million, and the 1,965 SF Penthouse 1621 sold for $3.5 million.
