Kirkland & Ellis, one of the largest law firms in the U.S., will open a Miami at 830 Brickell, the Class A+ tower nearing completion in the city’s Brickell Financial District. Brick & Timber Collective has acquired Cube Wynwd, an office building in Miami’s hot Wynwood neighborhood, from Tricera Capital and Alex Karakanhian’s LNDMRK Development for $62 million. The transaction closed on December 13 and Tricera and LNDMRK retained an undisclosed ownership stake in Cube Wynwd. Tricera and LNDMRK originally acquired the 100,000 SF office building for $28 million in an April 2021.
