6010 North Bay Road, a new, contemporary waterfront estate in one of Miami Beach’s most prestigious enclaves, has sold for $17 million. The ultra-high-end residence, which was completed in January 2018 by New York developer Peter Fine and his South Florida’s affiliate, To Better Days Development, sold within a year of its listing date and garnered the highest priced sale for North Bay Road since 2017.
