The firm signed a six floor, 115,000 square-foot lease at the tower, the largest new-to-market office lease signed in Miami in 2022. Brick & Timber Collective has acquired Cube Wynwd, an office building in Miami’s hot Wynwood neighborhood, from Tricera Capital and Alex Karakanhian’s LNDMRK Development for $62 million. The transaction closed on December 13 and Tricera and LNDMRK retained an undisclosed ownership stake in Cube Wynwd. Tricera and LNDMRK originally acquired the 100,000 SF office building for $28 million in an April 2021.
