Related Group (Related) with Integra Investments (Integra) have closed on $527 million in financing for the highly-anticipated residential tower, St. Regis Residences, Miami (The Residences), on the Biscayne Bay waterfront in Miami’s South Brickell neighborhood. The loan was provided by TYKO Capital, a multi-billion-dollar commercial real estate private equity and private credit investment management platform, led by Adi Chugh. Over 60% of The Residences’ 152 homes are now in contract.

Located at 1809 Brickell Ave., The Residences is being brought to life by a visionary team, with architecture by the esteemed Robert A.M.
