Comprising nine waterfront residences ranging from 2,200 to 4,300 square feet, the Signature Collection marks the initial phase of this premium project. Regency Development, a family-run company from Chicago with over 20 years of experience, is making its first foray into South Florida with this project, which aims to bring tropical luxury living to a prime waterfront location.
