The residences are listed at $20 and $19 million and are designed by New York design studio Meyer Davis, known for clients like Four Seasons, Auberge Resorts Collection and designing Oscar de la Renta's worldwide boutiques. The landmark project, developed by David Martin (Terra) and Russell Galbut (GFO Investments), features a striking 48-story tower and the adjacent Canopy Park, a backyard community oasis spanning three acres.
Canopy Penthouse 01, priced at $20 million, boasts four bedrooms, six baths, a powder room, an office, a media room, and a full open kitchen plus a prep kitchen. With a total of 7,923 square feet, including a 1,863-square-foot terrace, residents can enjoy stunning bay, ocean, and park views.
Canopy Penthouse 02, priced at $19 million, features a similar floor plan with four bedrooms, six baths, a powder room, office, media room, open kitchen, and a closed prep kitchen. This lavish residence offers 7,756 square feet of living space, including a 1,868-square-foot outdoor terrace with panoramic views.
