The landmark project, developed by David Martin (Terra) and Russell Galbut (GFO Investments), features a striking 48-story tower and the adjacent Canopy Park, a backyard community oasis spanning three acres.

Canopy Penthouse 01, priced at $20 million, boasts four bedrooms, six baths, a powder room, an office, a media room, and a full open kitchen plus a prep kitchen. With a total of 7,923 square feet, including a 1,863-square-foot terrace, residents can enjoy stunning bay, ocean, and park views.
