Hyperion Group Launches Downtown West Palm Beach Rental Tower 'Lumaire'
Hyperion Group has launched leasing at Lumaire, Downtown West Palm Beach’s newest luxury rental tower offering panoramic sunrise to sunset views of the cityscape, Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway and Clear Lake. Lumaire will set the standard in the city as an exclusive haven for those seeking a well-rounded, metropolitan lifestyle that is fully serviced with best-in-class health, wellness and entertainment. The residences range from studios to three bedrooms, with monthly rents starting at $1,800.
“As Downtown West Palm Beach evolves into ‘Wall Street South’, Lumaire is a distinctive residential offering for the sophisticated renter,” said Rob Vecsler, Principal and CEO of Hyperion Group. “Residents will experience Lumaire’s elevated level of service, unmatched amenity package, high-quality finishes and the tower’s panoramic views, while living in the convenient Clear Lake part of Downtown. The neighborhood offers access to the best restaurants and entertainment venues in West Palm Beach and is walkable to the offices of many top national finance companies now headquartered or expanding in the city.”
Situated at 201 Clearwater Drive, Lumaire rises 23 stories and features 457 light-filled residences with interiors meticulously designed by CetraRuddy, one of New York City’s most celebrated architecture and interior design firms. Lumaire is CetraRuddy’s first development in the Palm Beaches and upholds the firm’s prestigious reputation for creating chic, modern sensibilities with floor-to-ceiling windows, wide plank flooring, elegant quartz countertops, deep soaking tubs, and European-inspired kitchens. Lumaire’s open plan living areas also include nine- to twelve-foot soaring ceilings as well as solar shades and elegant white quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. CetraRuddy also envisioned the building’s common spaces, which include more than 40,000 square feet of world-class amenities for a lifestyle of uninterrupted yet inspired quiet luxury. DesignBAR, an Interior Design firm based in Coconut Grove, worked collaboratively with the team on the amenity spaces.
“We’re thrilled to be a part of the team behind Lumaire,” said Ximena Rodriguez, a Principal at CetraRuddy and the firm’s Director of Interior Design. “Residents in the Palm Beaches are highly discerning and looking for distinctly differentiated environments that reflect contemporary lifestyles. We’ve taken the best elements of the unique setting—opportunities for indoor-outdoor living and incredible city and water views—and layered in a serene, modern sensibility with sophisticated materials, generous unit layouts, and compelling amenities to create what will become one of West Palm Beach’s most sought-after residential destinations.”
Under the vision of Carl Levin Architecture + Design (CLA+D), led by architect Alfonso Jurado, the tower will be one of the tallest new buildings in Downtown West Palm Beach and visible from almost every angle downtown. CLA+D designed the building with apartments starting above the seventh-floor amenity level so that residents can enjoy impressive sunset vistas over Clear Lake, as well as beautiful sunrises over the horizon of the Atlantic Ocean. The lowers levels of the tower are screened with gray patterning for a dynamic, textured appearance that transitions in color from day to night. The balcony design invokes depth and visual interest.
"It's been a pleasure to collaborate with Hyperion Group to design such a transformative development for the Clear Lake neighborhood," said Carl Levin, Owner of Carl Levin, Architecture+Design. "Given the project's unique, ideal location, we strategically maximized the views and indoor-outdoor spaces at the tower so that residents can get the most out of South Florida's favorable year-round weather and the beautiful water vistas surrounding them. The apartments at Lumaire are some of the most luxurious that Downtown West Palm Beach has to offer."
Living at Lumaire will be equally as unique as its design. Residents will arrive home via a grand porte cochere that leads to a sophisticated lobby overlooking lush landscaping from the adjoining park. From there, they can lounge and socialize in many indoor-outdoor amenity spaces. Up on the seventh floor, an outdoor poolside lounge overlooks a resort-style, 90-foot pool complete with cabana beds, privacy curtains and chaise loungers. A Bocce lawn, barbeque grills and an outdoor yoga and fitness area are also available for resident use. Inside, a fully-fledged, sunlight-flooded fitness center features a mix of top-of-the-line cardio, strength and functional training equipment, as well as a yoga and movement studio. With a library and coworking lounge with WiFi also onsite, Lumaire’s plush amenities also feature a pickleball court, pet parent lounge and pet grooming salon, virtual simulator for golf and other sports, gaming and private screening, and an entertainment lounge with a billiards table and catering kitchenette for hosting friends and family.
The amenity collection is complemented by first-class hospitality and an array of concierge services. Residents can explore regular programming, including a monthly calendar of activations and experiences. Bike owners can take advantage of bicycle storage and a repair station, while residents with electric vehicles can utilize Lumaire’s many charging stations.
Lumaire’s location on Clear Lake, part of Downtown West Palm Beach, places residents at the center of it all, from chic restaurants, resorts, shopping, recreation and pristine beaches across CityPlace and Palm Beach Island, to iconic and sought-after attractions including Norton Museum and Kravis Performing Arts Center. Residents enjoy the best of South Florida with ease of connectivity via I95, PBI Airport, the Brightline high-speed train, which travels throughout South Florida up to Orlando, and the Tri-Rail, an express access point to hotspots like Miami.
