Miami-based developer Shoma Group has broken ground on Shoma Bay in the waterfront community of North Bay Village, Florida. With this groundbreaking, Shoma Group aims to fill a significant gap in the North Bay Village community, which has been virtually untouched from a development standpoint for approximately a decade. Since its launch in September 2022, Shoma Bay has become the benchmark for future residential projects in North Bay Village.
