Ellish Builders Break Ground On A Custom Estate at Panther National
Palm Beach County’s newest luxury residential community and private golf club, Panther National, has broken ground on a Portrush Custom Estate (Lot 55). Spanning 9,263 square feet, the estate will feature five bedrooms, five and a half baths, and a four-car garage. Designed by Brenner Architecture Group and constructed by Ellish Builders, a Boca Raton-based custom home builder, the Portrush is among a selection of one- and two-story Custom Estate floorplans available to buyers.
Throughout the community, Ellish Builders will partner with Brenner Architecture Group on the half-acre custom homesites and with Affiniti Architects on the one-acre custom homesites, or any architect of the owner's preference. Ellish Builders joins Willoughby Construction as the preferred builders selected by the Panther National team to build on property, ensuring the Custom Estate collection will compliment the Signature Estate homes designed by renowned Miami architect Max Strang and built by WillStrong Construction and Development.
“Ellish Builders has been carefully tracking the progress of Panther National from its infancy because we knew that this development offered precisely the kind of product that luxury buyers have been looking for in South Florida,” says Matt Ellish, President of Ellish Builders. “Our commitment to extraordinary quality and craftsmanship is unmatched and we will guarantee personal attention to each Custom Estate homeowner so that every detail is well executed and delivered to their liking.”
In addition to the Portrush Custom Estate home, there are currently several Signature Estate homes in various stages of construction at Panther National and are expected to be delivered in late 2024. The Golf Clubhouse will also break ground end of 2024 with an expected delivery of Fall 2026 and will feature a Michelin-inspired restaurant; private dining room; wine bar and cellar; sports bar; expansive men’s and women’s locker rooms; indoor golf; pro shop; and courtyard with fire pits.
“Ellish Builders, Willoughby Construction and Development, and our stellar internal construction team were carefully curated for their ability to deliver luxurious, high-quality homes with values that align with the Panther National vision”, says Frank Weed, CEO of Panther National. “Since the course opened in November, there has been a remarkable surge in community interest. Currently, we've successfully sold 41 Signature Estates, with a robust pipeline of further inquiries. We're delighted to announce that we've officially commenced construction on our inaugural Custom Estate lot.”
