Fisher Brothers Rebrands Wynhouse Miami as Joule House, Set to Open Spring 2025

Fisher Brothers, a New York-based fourth-generation real estate company that owns, manages and operates unique spaces across the country, has rebranded their Wynwood luxury rental Wynhouse Miami to Joule House as the building prepares to welcome residents in Spring 2025. The rental building’s new name, derived from the joule–the unit measurement for energy–takes inspiration from the vibrant neighborhood that surrounds it and the dynamic energy it embodies. Bozzuto is the exclusive leasing and marketing agent for Joule House, which is slated to open Spring 2025.

Rising eight stories in the heart of Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood at 2200 NW First Avenue, Joule House will deliver 308 rental residences, approximately 26,000 square feet of ground floor retail and paseo space, and over 23,000 square feet of expansive indoor and outdoor amenities across three floors. Designed by AD100 Hall of Fame firm Rockwell Group, Joule House will feature striking art across its facade that enhances both the personal and communal experience at Joule House. A paseo, a public passageway and breezeway will provide access to residents and the public alike to retail and community spaces.

“With construction nearing completion and our vision for Joule House taking shape, we seized the opportunity to redefine our branding to truly embody the vibrant energy of Wynwood,” said Winston Fisher, Partner at Fisher Brothers. “As we prepare to open next year, it’s exciting to introduce our new brand and provide a glimpse into the dynamic and community-driven lifestyle that awaits residents at Joule House.”

Joule House’s residences range from 474 to 1,405 square feet and feature a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom floorplans, along with select penthouse units. Designed by ID & Design International (IDDI), the units’ interiors will feature neutral tones and bold accents to complement the diverse community of Wynwood. Additional interior highlights include floor-to-ceiling windows, GE washer and dryer, smart home features and modern design finishes throughout each residence.

Award-winning architecture and design firm Rockwell Group designed Joule House’s indoor and outdoor amenities to complement the lively cultural scene in Wynwood and provide multi-use spaces to enhance the residential experience. On the second floor, residents will enjoy an outdoor garden with curved landscaping and a custom Airstream lounge; outdoor yoga and cinema space; a coworking lab with a fully equipped coffee bar and built-in record player, communal working tables, a conference room and three private offices; a demonstration kitchen; a game room with a pool table, air hockey table and arcade games; and a state of the art fitness studio featuring Peloton and Precor equipment. Ideal for entertaining, the rooftop will boast a heated infinity pool, jacuzzi, barbecue and a lounge with games and TV screens.

Joule House is Fisher Brothers’ latest multifamily development within its House brand, a collection of highly amenitized, design-forward properties built to complement the existing fabric of the neighborhood Earlier projects completed as part of the House brand include House 39, which features 297 residences in the Murray Hill neighborhood of New York City, and Station House, which offers 378 apartments in Northeast Washington DC. Joule House represents Fisher Brothers’ longstanding commitment to delivering innovative, thoughtful residential developments and is reflective of the firm’s active expansion to key markets throughout the United States.
