Reserve, the leading lifestyle padel brand established by entrepreneur Wayne Boich, in collaboration with SoLé Mia, the 184-acre, master planned North Miami community developed by LeFrak and Turnberry, today announce the anticipated addition of Reserve Padel club to the growing development project, expected to open fall 2024. Serving as the brand’s first permanent location in the world, Reserve Padel at SoLé Mia, will be located at 2251 NE 146th Street and will span approximately 100,000 square feet of land. On the heels of opening successful popups in Miami and New York City’s Hudson Yards, Reserve will redefine the standard of recreational excellence and deliver a world-class sporting experience to the SoLé Mia community.

Featuring four indoor and six outdoor padel courts, two pickleball courts, elevated viewing areas and social spaces, and a second-floor state-of-the-art gym and wellness center, Reserve Padel at SoLé Mia will be a premier, two-story padel club complete with a steam room, sauna, cold plunge, and top-level workout facility. The venue will also house an on-site eatery by South Florida health food hotspot Pura Vida, which will extend a full menu of healthy food and organic juice options for guests and boast an expansive terrace overlooking the central court.

“I am excited to introduce Reserve and the exhilarating sport of padel to a new audience within SoLé Mia, and to establish a first-rate padel club that caters to local residents and visitors,” said Wayne Boich, Founder of Reserve. “SoLé Mia is already shaping up to be one of the city's most vibrant new neighborhoods and the perfect home for Reserve Padel club. This partnership promises to bring the excitement and energy of padel to a whole new level for Miami.”

Jackie Soffer, Chairman and CEO of Turnberry, added, “Reserve Padel at SoLé Mia is an amazing addition to the healthy, active lifestyle we have created. Whether it’s a resident playing on a Wednesday afternoon, a UHealth doctor winding down after their shift, or young players forming a weekend padel team, Reserve is going to be an integral part of SoLé Mia’s resort-caliber experience.”

Reserve Padel at SoLé Mia will open to the public with an added exclusive membership component that will provide specific privileges like priority court bookings, access to special events, and access to the second-floor health & wellness facility. Additionally, the club will play host to special tournaments, events, exhibitions, corporate outings, all level clinics, and curated kid’s programs; and will house two separate pickleball courts within.

Reserve Padel at SoLé Mia will amplify the lifestyle at the master-planned development, a vibrant urban oasis and one of the most desirable new places to live in Miami. The community is centered around wellness with sprawling, resort-inspired features such as a seven-acre, swimmable freshwater lagoon, eight miles of jogging and bike paths and 37 acres of landscaped open space. Combining the best of luxury living surrounded by nature and recreational amenities, SoLé Mia is currently home to more than a thousand residents and will have 4,390 residences, 1.5 million square feet of commercial activity including the University of Miami Medical Center’s largest world-class outpatient medical facility, UHealth, as well as a charter school and more when complete.
