Sabal Development Sells Waterfront Miami Spec Villa On Venetian Islands For $21 Million

Sabal Development, an award-winning builder and developer, has sold a luxury custom-built villa on Venetian Island for $21 million. Togu Design redesigned the modern, waterfront home at 1370 South Venetian Way. Dora Puig, the Principal Broker & Founder of Luxe Living Realty represented both Sabal Development and the buyer in the $21 million sale, which closed May 26th.
