Shoma Bazaar is set to welcome the addition of four new vendors to the community hub for local happenings, where an unprecedented collection of local chefs set the standard for culinary excellence in Miami. New vendors include Shuck Boys Oyster Bar, SNDWCH, Sriracha House and Sushi Sake, amounting to 15 vendors which make Shoma Bazaar one of the premier food, beverage and event destinations in Doral.

With a seafood-driven menu, Shuck Boys Oyster Bar offers tasty dishes featuring mouthwatering lobster rolls, flaky crab cakes and most notably, fresh oysters. From charbroiled to raw, the group makes sure to rotate their oysters weekly to provide a variety of the freshest options from the East to the West Coast. Shuck Boys Oyster Bar is opening Friday April 7th.

SNDWCH, which is now open, is home to signature sandwiches and salads that will satisfy every craving. SNDWCH offers bread coming all the way from the iconic Sullivan Street Bakery in New York City. Sullivan Street Bakery sources excellent ingredients, avoids additives and enhancers and shapes every piece of bread by hand. Best Sellers include the Prosciutto Crostini featuring whipped goat cheese, thinly sliced prosciutto, arugula and hot honey to top it off.

Sriracha House, inspired by the streets of Asia and set to open this Spring, cooks up Southeast Asian urban street food with a modern flair. They use the freshest ingredients to create flavorful and balanced cuisine in order to offer the ultimate Pan-Asian experience. Guests can create their very own mouthwatering masterpiece with the DIY noodle bowl or indulge in delicious house favorites such as the Miami Tsunami with poached shrimp and shiitake mushroom or the Sobe Sweet & Sour featuring sweet & sour pork, bell pepper mix, pineapple and Chinese Sweet & Sour sauce.

Iconic Miami sushi outpost Sushi Sake, created by brothers James and Argelio Jr. Aguayo in 2009, is also set to open this spring at Shoma Bazaar. The chic sushi bar offers something for everyone with traditional Japanese cuisine that features an expansive menu of hibachi, teriyaki, sushi and sashimi, as well as delicious homemade signature sauces and a variety of Sake selections.
