On Wednesday November 1, 2023, PROFILEmiami, Ella Miami Beach and Constellation Group presented ‘The Revitalization of North Beach: An Exploration Into the Past, Present & Future’, featuring an immersive panel event exploring Miami Beach’s North Beach, its rich past, and fast changing landscape. The engaging panel was highlighted by keynote speakers Eduardo Otaola of Constellation Group and developer of Ella Miami Beach; Raymond Fort of Arquitectonica; Daniel de la Vega of ONEsir; and Tracy Slavens of LSN Partners, LLC; moderated by Demetri Demascus of PROFILEmiami.
The evening was held at the Ella Miami Beach Sales Gallery on Miami Beach’s famed Collins Avenue. The evening was hosted by Eduardo Otaola, developers Constellation Group and Vietmar, as well as Demetri Demascus and Katya Demina, Co-Founders of PROFILEmiami.
