Situated at the 1 Hotel at 2377 Collins Avenue, the newly revealed sales gallery showcases The Perigon’s lifestyle, heralded for exclusivity and privacy along the oceanfront of Miami Beach. Guests are treated to first-class hospitality from the moment of arrival, where they are greeted with, a refreshing cold towelette, a glass of Krug champagne as well as a sampling of caviar and teas by Michelin-starred chef Shaun Hergatt, who has curated the condominium’s food and beverage program. The space also offers buyers a first-hand glimpse at The Perigon’s sophisticated, organic, and warm interior design. The natural textures which include pristine marbles and dark bronze accents, were hand selected by the project’s infamous designer, Tara Bernard for The Perigon and present throughout the interiors.

Inspired by the rivieras of Europe, Bernerd created an idyllic setting at the sales gallery for connection and socializing that is true to The Perigon’s lifestyle. An elevated reception area and lounge is reflective of the property’s lobby with soft lighting and warm hues. The lounge was designed to capture the essence of the 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities envisioned for The Perigon.

Exemplifying this vision at the gallery is a full bar clad in stone, where baristas will create the experience of The Perigon’s breakfast lounge in the mornings and bartenders will bring the building’s private speakeasy, FiftyThree, to life in the evenings. The Perigon’s oceanfront private restaurant, Nota led by Chef Hergatt, was the inspiration for the color palette of the space, where neutral shades are authentic to the surrounding environment. Additionally, the clean lines of the furnishings channel The Perigon’s sunset lounge, which offers a private space for entertaining.

The sales gallery also provides a sneak peek at the building’s elegant residential interiors. With the focus on craftsmanship and detail, the model kitchen features its open design outfitted with Italian cabinetry custom designed by Bernerd as well as a curved kitchen island featuring hand laid, fluted marble. A model bathroom adorned in marble with bronze fittings and a dramatic free standing fluted soak tub. Select residences feature floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors showcasing unprecedented views of the Miami skyline and Atlantic Ocean. Artwork adorned throughout the gallery, including a landmark piece by Sterling Ruby, was hand-selected in partnership with Creative Art Partners, marking The Perigon as their debut project in South Florida. Art curation will be an amenity service exclusively available for residents at the property.

On display within the sales gallery is a scale model of The Perigon, highlighting the tower’s architectural design by OMA, another key component to the condominium’s high-end lifestyle. The 17-story building features a bold, terraced design that rises 200 feet above the shoreline and offers 1,250 lineal feet of the tower’s gardens. Conceived as a series of diamond-shaped “towers” rotated to orient and optimizes views from all residences toward the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay, and the Miami skyline. The design for the interlocking towers will obtain LEED Gold certification when completed.

The tower offers 73 two- to four-bedroom condominiums ranging from 2,100 to 6,700 square feet, with eight private guest suites offered to residents only.
