Located at 12900 SW 63rd Avenue, the transaction closed on December 28th and represents the highest price achieved to date in Pinecrest according to MLS data. Only eight other properties in Pinecrest have sold for $8 million or above.

In October, 2021 Josie represented both the buyer and seller on this same property which closed for $5.3 Million while the home was still under construction.
