American actor and film producer Christian Slater has sold his Coconut Grove home for $4.258 million after only 3 days on the market and for 10% above asking price. The home is located at 3618 Saint Gaudens Rd. Liz Hogan and Charles Celesia with Compass represented Slater in the transaction and the buyer, Mafer CG LLC, was represented by Jeannette Behrens with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.
