Retired radio legend Tom Joyner has sold his incredible beachfront villa located in the ultra-exclusive town of Golden Beach. The home, which is located on a four-block stretch at 469 Ocean Blvd. and was featured as an Architectural Digest cover story, sold for $19 million. The home underwent a $7.5 million renovation in 2020 from designer Deborah Wecselman of Wecselman Design, architect Wesley Kean of KoDA, contractor Larqcon Group, and landscape architecture firm Enea. The home features ocean views from nearly ever room and a foyer transformed into an art gallery with pieces from Picasso, Robert Pruitt, Allora & Calzadilla, and Ernie Barnes; finished with a custom Bocci pendant light hanging from the ceiling over the architectural staircase.
