The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami is now 70% reserved and celebrated in style overlooking the building’s future site from SUGARCCANE raw bar grill. The exclusive cocktail event was hosted by developer Carlos Rosso, Urban Robot Associates’ Giancarlo Pietri and Naturalficial’s Andres Arcila, showcasing the energy, culture, community and style that The Standard brand is known for. The evening was attended by top real estate and hospitality leaders in Miami who enjoyed The Standard’s custom cocktails, sushi and hors d'oeuvres.

The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami is the first true pied-à-terre-style project to be developed in Miami. The project is being developed by hospitality and real estate pioneers Standard International and Rosso Development, in collaboration with Midtown Development. The 12-story property blends culture, community and style with the world-class design, amenities and service that The Standard brand is known for–which to date has only been available at its hotels.
