The Coral Gables-Based MG Developer Reveals Plans For Hialeah Mixed-Use Residential Community Metro Parc

The Coral Gables-based renowned luxury townhome developer MG Developer has revealed plans to develop a 10-story apartment rental building with 433 units in Hialeah named Metro Parc. The 2.5-acre project will be located between 955 East 25th Street and 980 East 26th Street.

The residential mixed-use, two tower building will feature rental apartments with two-bedrooms and two bathrooms ranging from 500 square feet to 800 square feet. Rent will range from $1,150 per month to $1,840 per month. Amenities will include co-working spaces, an outdoor kitchen, a pool, gym and will also have retail spaces on the ground level as well as ample parking and a Latin-inspired food marketplace.

A groundbreaking is expected in January with an anticipated completion date for the second quarter of 2024.

Metro Parc will be conveniently located two blocks from the metrorail and Tri-Rail Transfer Station bringing a new type of chic urban lifestyle to the transient-oriented community. The site is also in walking distance to Hialeah Medical Services; and is only a mile from Hialeah’s up-and-coming Arts District, which will deliver a vibrant cultural and entertainment scene with galleries, breweries, restaurants and shops. It also in close proximity to the expansive Amelia Earhart Park.
