Shorecrest has built some of the finest homes in Miami including, Casa Bahia, an ultra-lavish 20,000 sq ft waterfront home located in Coconut Grove. Casa Bahia was a ground-up built project designed by Alejandro Landes, Zyscovich Architects and Landscape by Raymond Jungles. Casa Baia recently sold for $45.91 million in an off-market transaction.

Casa Bahia was a ground up built, 41,125 sq ft of land, 20,000 sq ft of living area, 7 bedrooms, 8 full baths and 1 half bath. 73-foot infinity lap pool, steam room, jacuzzi, 4 kitchens, protected boat dock, 12-person elevator, 700 bottle wine room, theatre room and 8-car gallery. Casa Bahia received numerous awards for construction, architecture, landscape design including the coveted Architizer Popular Choice A+ Award in the Architcture + Water category.

Four Seasons Surf Club Penthouse

Shorecrest also built an exclusive Penthouse located at the Four Seasons Surf Club. The 6,934 square ft ultra-exclusive penthouse features a rare interior design by Holly Hunt and spans 4 bedroom and 7 bathrooms. The whole design and construction was influenced by the client’s interests; business, sports and philanthropy.

Bal Harbour Estate

In Bal Harbour, Shorecrest led a CS Design-designed French-Mediterranean project which included complete interior renovation, ground up construction of a new house wing including amenities like pool, a media room, gym and VIP guest quarters.

Coral Gables Estate

In Coral Gables, Shorecrest led construction on a French Chateau-inspired estate which interiors boast high wood beam ceilings throughout. The home also features a wine cellar, pool, gym and spa. The project was designed by architect Portuondo Perotti with interiors by HL Studio Design.

Regalia Beach House

In Sunny Isles Beach, Shorecrest completed an interior build-out of the Charles Allem, CAD International-designed Regalia Beach House. The residence features customized millwork and stonework, custom-built spas, and a private pool deck with bar.

Shorecrest has also led the transformation of many iconic, well-known commercial properties. At Miami Beach-hotspot Soho Beach House Shorecrest oversaw the full renovation of different areas such as the gym, bedrooms, bar, restaurants and hallways.

Where it all started at the Four Seasons Hotel & Residences in Brickell, Shorecrest led the completion interior renovation of the AvroKO-designed Edge Steak Bar. The 14-week construction schedule had minimal impact to hotel operations.

Shorecrest is now working on two commercial projects for the Bagatelle Group including a whole new concept brought from Paris, Raspoutine Miami Beach, and the relocation of the Bagatelle restaurant. Some of the current residential projects include residences designed by Deborah Wecselman and Allen Saunders.
