The 52-Story North Tower Of The Estates At Acqualina Tops Out In Sunny Isles Beach

The boutique North Tower of The Estates at Acqualina, the highly anticipated $1.8 billion residential development, has topped out in Miami’s Sunny Isles Beach at 52-stories, 672’. As with topping-out tradition, the final beam was inscribed with signatures and messages from the development, construction and sales teams, before being hoisted to the top of the building with the American Flag and a palm tree. The Estates at Acqualina is being developed by Trump Group, led by Jules and Eddie Trump, with construction overseen by Suffolk Construction. The topping-out comes following a strong 2021 that saw the Estates at Acqualina closing on 46 deals totaling $375 million.

“The Estates at Acqualina is being constructed to the highest standards, leveraging leading-edge technology and innovation to deliver a sophisticated level of finishes and customizations for this world-class project,” said Pete Tuffo, President, South Region, Suffolk Construction.

After breaking ground in May 2018, the development is on track with the South Tower completion in the 4th quarter of 2021 and the Boutique North Tower in the 1st quarter of 2022. The Estates at Acqualina will offer 248 luxurious residences from three to seven bedrooms in two towers, The South Tower and the Boutique North Tower. Villa Acqualina will offer 45,000 square feet of amenities, including the New York-based Avra restaurant, a spa and fitness center, and Circus Maximus, an entire floor of amenities including an ice skating rink, bowling lanes, a golf simulator, a Formula One simulator, and a movie theater.

“We are one step closer to completing The Estates at Acqualina,” said Michael Goldstein, President of Sales. “Once completed, The Estates’ beautifully manicured lawns and overall design will integrate like no other with the Atlantic Ocean and provide homes never before seen on the coast or anywhere in the world.”

Through an exclusive partnership with one of the world’s most celebrated designers, the entrance lobbies at The Estates at Acqualina were designed by the late Karl Lagerfeld. The grounds of The Estates’ 5.6 acres will offer lush landscaped gardens, multiple pools, a FlowRider® wave simulator, a basketball court, a bocce court, a dog park, a soccer field, a beachfront restaurant, and five-star beach and pool services. Also available will be a 24-hour valet, 24-hour security services, a full-service resident concierge, and a house Rolls-Royce car.

Residences at The Estates at Acqualina are priced from $4.6 million to $14.5 million to $59 million for penthouses.
