Jennifer and Kim has previously worked with Coldwell Banker and sold over $230 million with multiple record-breaking sales since 2019. Both are very knowledgeable of some of the most prestigious neighborhoods in St. Johns and Duval Counties. The agents will focus on these neighborhoods including Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee, Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, Vilano Beach and beyond.
