Monaco Yacht Club & Residences, which is being developed by Optimum Development USA, has revealed its newly opened sales gallery at 6897 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. The sales gallery showcases Lissoni’s inspired designs with modern interiors in white warm tones, refined Italian-made fixtures and finishes, and Arrigoni wide plank wood flooring from Austria, where for each tree felled, four are planted.
