Douglas Elliman Opens On CocoWalk In The Heart of Coconut Grove

Douglas Elliman announces the opening of a new office in Miami’s Coconut Grove located at 3059 Grand Avenue, at the epicenter of CocoWalk, replacing its previous Coconut Grove location. The expansive first-floor location will house the firm’s roster of Coconut Grove agents and operations, with additional office space for new agent recruitment.

The firm’s new Coconut Grove office will continue to be led by Managing Broker, Martha Pomares, who spearheaded the previous location, and will showcase area developments along with a portfolio of properties for sale throughout South Florida. Designed to encompass the area’s esthetic, the 3,099 square foot space features earth tones, multiple private and communal workspaces with an expansive outdoor terrace equipped to serve as a functional workspace while enjoying the historic backdrop of Coconut Grove.

CocoWalk, known as one of Miami’s most iconic retail centers, began work in May marking the property’s largest and most transformative wave of demolition.
