Cincinnati Bengals Running Back Lists His Fort Lauderdale Waterfront Home For $10.9 Million

Giovani Bernard, Cincinnati Bengals running back, has listed his Fort Lauderdale waterfront home for $10.9 million. Choeff Levy Fischman is the architect who designed the home in the firms original Tropical Modern and minimalist aesthetic. The home is 5,320 sq.ft. with 5-bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and features a theater, pool, three-car garage and 220 ft. of deep water dockage. The floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows mixed with a topical interior design promote indoor-outdoor lifestyle living.

“Gio was inspired by the home we designed in Miami for another professional athlete, Alex Rodriguez, which is also a one-story, mid-century modern home with a pod design concept,” said Paul Fischman, principal, Choeff Levy Fischman. “Though monochromatic, Gio’s home is on the water so we blended tropical notes from the outside into the interiors.”

1638 River Lane is in the Harbor Beach neighborhood. The home is listed with Nicole Holtzheuser of Florida Luxurious Properties.
