Worldwide Reggaeton Artist Nicky Jam Closes On Palm Island Contemporary For $3.4 Million
Nicky Jam, the Billboard and Latin Grammy award winning reggaetón singer, has offically purchased a home in Miami Beach’s Palm Island for $3.4 million. The buyer was represented by Chad Carroll of Douglas Elliman and the home was listed with Mathieu Rochette of Compass Florida. The newly built residence offers 5 bedroom and 5 bathrooms spread over 3,617 SF. The land lot home also features an infinity pool, two-car garage, a chef’s kitchen with Miele appliances, and hardwood floors. Each of the three upstairs bedrooms comes with a walk in closet and the master suite features it's own large outdoor terrace. Included with the home is private access for residents to Palm Island Park with both tennis and basketball courts, community police 24 hours a day and a gated security coming on to the island. The home was listed for $3.6 million and was developed by Sabal Development, completed in 2016.
Nicky Jam has appeared in many reggaeton albums, currently holding the record for most appearances on various artist albums, In 2015, Nicky Jam won a Latin Grammy Award for Best Urban Performance "Hasta el Amanecer" was released on January 15, 2016 on the U.S. radio stations. Most recently, Jam, performed the official song "Live It Up" alongside American rapper Will Smith and Kosovar singer Era Istrefi at the closing ceremony of the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Moscow, Russia.
