Zaha Hadid's One Thousand Museum Reveals The East Coast's Only Private Rooftop Residential Helipad

Zaha Hadid's One Thousand Museum has revealed the East Coast of the United States' only helipad on a private, residential tower. Through the building’s luxury management service, residents will be able to reserve the helipad and book transport to and from Miami International Airport, nearby islands, destinations and more without leaving the building.

The 62-story One Thousand Museum by Zaha Hadid Architects is the late-starchitect Zaha Hadid's first residential skyscraper in the western hemisphere. The project is being developed by Louis Birdman,  Gilberto Bomeny, Gregg Covin, Kevin Venger and the Regalia Group with Plaza Construction as the general contractor. One Thousand Museum's design features an exoskeleton design which acts as the buildings structural support. This allows the developer to remove columns from the units, creating expansive glass views of Biscayne Bay. The tower will feature only 83 units ranging from $5.6 million to over $20 million and 4,600 SF to over 10,000 SF. Amenities will include Miami's only private rooftop helipad, state-of-the-art fitness center, spa, two pools, indoor aquatic center, and a sky lounge. Construction topped off in February 2018 and the tower is on track for delivery in late 2018.
