The Estates At Acqualina Completes Foundation Pour For South Tower With Over 1,000 Concrete Trucks
The Estates At Acqualina has completed the foundation pour for the South Tower at the $1.6 billion ultra-luxury condo tower under construction in Sunny Isles Beach. Eddie, Jules and Stephanie Trump along with the broker community, the development’s future residents and local press witnessed one of the biggest residential construction pours in South Florida led by Coastal Construction and named the “Great Cement Event.” The pour started on Friday, December 14 at 9pm where more than 1,000 concrete trucks poured 24,000 tons of concrete and steel to lay the foundation of the development’s first tower. The pour lasted 17 hours and was completed by 200 construction workers.
Construction for The Estates at Acqualina began in May 2018 and has been moving along at record pace. The Estates at Acqualina will be home to approximately 245 ultra-luxury residences and the development will feature common areas created by fashion and design icon Karl Lagerfeld. In addition, The Estates at Acqualina will feature three single family homes and three, two-story penthouses, all with private pools within a private gated community.
The Estates at Acqualina will also feature Villa Acqualina, the development’s amenity club more than 50,000 SF of facilities including a spa and fitness center, one of a kind dining with a world renowned restaurant and Circus Maximus, a full floor of magical amenities including an ice skating rink, a Formula One simulator, a golfing simulator, bowling lanes, a movie theater, and a Wall Street Trader’s Club room where residents will have access to ticker tape, computers and a boardroom. Some features recently added include a Speakeasy, a salt room in the spa and a boxing ring in the gym. Residents of The Estates at Acqualina will also have access to the neighboring Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond Acqualina Resort & Spa, TripAdvisor’s #1 Beachfront Hotel in the United States and #1 Resort in the Continental United States by U.S. News & World Report. Residents will be able to take advantage of luxurious, personalized services from the hotel including daily housekeeping, in-room dining, children’s programming, nanny and child care services, pet care, dry cleaning and laundry services, limousine service, ESPA Spa access and gourmet dining at three restaurants, Il Mulino NY, AQ Chop House by Il Mulino and the beachfront Costa Grill.
Residences at The Estates at Acqualina are priced from $4.2 million to $14 million with penthouses priced up to $35 million.
