Premium Developer Group has launched sales of their new Oppenheim Architecture-desiged, office-condo, Emerald Aventura. The contemporary office building will be located at 2655 Northeast 186th Terrace and is reportedly 30% sold. Emerald will feature 120,000 SF of total development with 40,000 SF of leasable office space with 6 conference rooms, 2 balconies, a rooftop garden and 132 parking spaces. CBRE and Miami Real Estate Group are handling leasing for the project. Premium Developer Group is expected to break ground in early 2018 with delivery in 2019.
