The ever-evolving real estate market in Miami continues to grow as The Real Deal and The Miami Herald have reported that the restaurant and retail market is "booming." Restaurant vacancy rates are very low and Miami is the second-fastest growing city when it comes to restaurant spending in the U.S. Restaurant leases have doubled, tripled and quadrupled in recent years and new space is quickly filled with many new restaurants coming to Downtown Miami, Brickell and Design District. Many new high-priced and trendy restaurants have opened over the past year including Byblos on Miami Beach, Komodo in Brickell, Sushi Garage and NaiYara in Sunset Harbor, Klima in Miami Beach and Kue in Wynwood just to name a few. Downtown is receiving its own new influx of restaurants kicking off with the long awaited STK in Marquis Residences and more coming to the new Paramount World Center development as is Brickell with Katsuya in SLS Lux and Brickell City Centre. Miami continues to grow into a world-class city of the future.
