Metronomic Place, a new mixed-use project coming to 3280 Grand Avenue, has been revealed in Coconut Grove. The project is being designed by local architecture firm CLAD and will feature interiors by One Design Build.
Robert Wennett has submitted a Special Area Plan to build a mixed-use complex, Miami Produce Center, in Allapattah designed by none other then the starchitect Bjarke Ingels. The project is proposed on 8.54 acres located at Northwest 21st and 22nd Streets, and between Northwest 13th and 12th Avenues.

Demolition is now underway at 511 NE 15th Street where Mandala Holdings is planning to build a 40-story hotel tower designed by Allan Shulman. Wyndham Hotel Group has announced that they have signed a contract to operate one of the largest hotel developments in the Brickell district of Miami. The hotel, located across from Brickell Mary Village, is being developed by Brazilian developer Galwan and will rise 41 stories featuring 445-keys.
