Requirements:
Post may be an ON or OFF Market Listing or Closed Deal
Word count max of 1,000
For Featured Listing client to provide a minimum of 7 and maximum of 25 images of the property including proof of rights to use imagery.
Headshot Optional
For Closed Deal client to provide a minimum of 2 images of the property including proof of rights to use imagery.
Client to provide written listing description or press release/ details of closed deal (PROFILEmiami retains the right to edit)
Client to provide List Agent contact information to be displayed (email, phone, link to website)
Client to provide preferred date Featured Listing will be run (3 day lead time minimum - see add Rush Posting 1-3 days + $150)
*PROFILEmiami retains final approval on all Custom Editorials & Featured Listings
